Funding Account Balance Webhook Notifications

The fintechs can subscribe to the Funding Events’ wherein Fusion will publish notification when the funding account balance goes below the threshold. This will enable the fintechs to improve their user experience and avoid the instances in which the A2A transfers fail due to the lack of sufficient funds in the funding account. Please note that you will receive this notification multiple times until you reload your funding account such that the balance goes above the threshold limit. To subscribe to this event, the fintech needs to provide the below details to the fusion support:

  1. Threshold: Balance Amount of the funding account below which fintechs would like to receive notifications [Eg: INR 10,000]
  2. Endpoint: This is the endpoint where fusion will publish the notification whenever the balance goes below the mentioned threshold.

    Transaction API

In case of any 5XX failure for Account2Account transfer the fintech should be able to verify the status of the transaction. We have added the capability to check the status of the transaction if it gets failed due to 5XX error code.

/transactions/{transactionID} API helps query the transaction_id using the request_id shared by the fintechs. This is useful in case there is a surge in 5XX type failures in A2A transfer.

For A2A transfers, API passes RequestId and IfiID as a query parameter and returns back the transaction_id in case the transaction was successful & “no transaction found against the request id” if the transaction was not processed in Fusion with corresponding error code.
